What if the pillow doesn’t work out for the patient and they would like their money back?

             Each Pillow comes with a 100 night sleep trial period, from the date of purchase.  If your patient is unhappy with the Coop pillow purchase, simply refund the pillow for the patient. The cost of each pillow would be a credit towards your next case of pillows purchased. You can keep the return, wash it for in office use or donate it to a local charity of your choice. 

Warranty issues:      

If your patient has any issues with the pillowcase or inner liner, please request a replacement. The whole pillow does not need to be returned. All manufacturing defects are covered under the warranty and are free to replace. Simply contact Customer Service at Customer Service for warranty: customerservice@coopsleepgoods.com for fulfillment.

 Who can be a reseller?    

Any Doctors office, Physical Therapist and/or Medical Professional Office. This is for in person/ in office re-sales ONLY. There is no allowance for online sales of any kind. IF you would like to continue with a Medical Professional partnership you will need to also fill out and sign a Reseller Application and Terms.

Additional inner fill:

How do I receive additional fill for supporting my patient's alignment?

            Simply reach out via email to your account representative and request the amount you will need.

The refills come in soft/firm - what is already in the pillows? (How do I know which type of refill I need)?

  • Each Original Pillow comes with a an additional half pound, each pillow is filled with the Medium firm filling. 
  • If your patient is loving the support but prefers a very firm pillow, you can replace some of the existing fill the firm fill. Or if your patient would like the same support but sleeps too warm, you can replace some of the existing fill with the soft gel infused memory foam.

Washing & Care instructions:

How do I wash my Coop pillow?

  • To Wash: Wash in cold water, delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
  • To Dry: Tumble dry low. Make sure the cover is completely dry before use.
  • Inner Pillow
  • To Wash: Secure the zipper closed with a safety pin to ensure that it does not open/spill memory foam during the wash. Wash in cold water, delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
  • To Dry: Dry one pillow at a time. Tumble dry low until the inner pillow is completely dry before use. This may take several cycles and differs depending on your washer and dryer.

 *Please note that in order to maintain the integrity of your pillow, we do not recommend washing your pillow more than once a year.

How often do I need to fluff it in the dryer, or is it just before using it the first time?

Here are our recommended care instructions to keep your Coop pillow at its best

-Daily

Fluff up your pillow by hand every morning to help it maintain its shape.

 -Weekly

Wash your pillowcase every 1-2 weeks to keep it clean.

- Monthly

Tumble dry your pillow on low heat for 15-30 minutes once a month. This will freshen up your pillow and revitalize its loft.

- Annually

In the case of a spill, you can wash your pillow. We do not recommend washing your pillow more than once a year.

Is the memory foam Organic?

The memory foam in each Coop Pillow is made of polyurethane and is GreenGuard Gold and CertiPUR-US certified.
