What if a pillow doesn't work out for my patient?
Every Coop pillow comes with a 100-night sleep trial from the date of purchase. If your patient is unsatisfied, simply refund them directly — the cost of that pillow will be credited toward your next case order. You're welcome to keep the returned pillow for in-office use, wash it as a display piece, or donate it to a local charity.
What if there's a defect in the pillowcase or inner liner?
No need to return the entire pillow. All manufacturing defects are covered under warranty at no charge. Simply contact our customer service team at customerservice@coopsleepgoods.com and we'll arrange a replacement for the affected component.

Who qualifies as a reseller?
Our professional program is open to licensed doctors' offices, physical therapists, chiropractors, and medical professionals. All sales must be conducted in-person and in-office only. Online reselling of Coop Sleep Goods products in any form is strictly prohibited. To become an approved partner, you'll need to complete and sign our Reseller Application and Terms Agreement.

Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders within the contiguous U.S., provided your Reseller Agreement is on file and approved. Contact Tami for details on order minimums.

How do I get additional fill for my patients?
Reach out to your account representative by email and let them know how much fill you need — they'll take care of the rest.
What fill comes standard in each pillow, and how do I know which refill to order?
Every Original Pillow comes pre-filled with medium-firm memory foam, plus an additional half pound of fill included. Here's a quick guide to choosing the right refill:
• Patient wants firmer support → Replace some existing fill with the firm fill option.
• Patient runs hot → Replace some existing fill with the soft, gel-infused memory foam for a cooler sleep experience.

How do I wash a Coop pillow?
Pillowcase & Cover
• Wash in cold water on a delicate cycle
• Do not use fabric softener or bleach
• Tumble dry on low until completely dry
Inner Pillow
• Pin the zipper closed with a safety pin before washing to prevent fill from spilling
• Wash in cold water on a delicate cycle
• Tumble dry one pillow at a time on low heat — this may take several cycles
• Do not use fabric softener or bleach
• We recommend washing the inner pillow no more than once per year to preserve its integrity
What's the recommended maintenance routine?
Daily — Fluff by hand each morning to help the pillow maintain its shape.
Weekly — Wash the pillowcase every 1–2 weeks.
Monthly — Tumble dry the pillow on low heat for 15–30 minutes to freshen and restore loft.
Annually — Wash the inner pillow only if needed (e.g., after a spill).

Is the memory foam organic?
The memory foam in Coop pillows is made of polyurethane and is both GreenGuard Gold and CertiPUR-US certified — meaning it meets rigorous safety and air quality standards.
What is OEKO-TEX® certification?
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is an independent testing and certification system that verifies textile materials at every stage of production are free from harmful substances.
What is CertiPUR-US® certification?
CertiPUR-US® is a not-for-profit certification program that verifies foam is made without ozone depleters, harmful flame retardants (PBDEs, TDCPP, TCEP), heavy metals (mercury, lead), formaldehyde, or regulated phthalates — and that VOC emissions are below 0.5 parts per million for better indoor air quality.
What is GREENGUARD Gold certification?
GREENGUARD Gold is one of the world's most rigorous third-party certifications for chemical emissions. Products must meet strict standards designed to protect sensitive individuals, including children and the elderly, making them appropriate for use in healthcare facilities and schools.
